Hi Sally, South Molle was OK, the island was beautiful, the golf course was great
(and
free) and the sailing and windsurfing was good.
We had some problems with our room though...
We asked for another room and the second room was better.
We were disappointed there was no diving possible.
the food was however good!

Once again thank you for organising this cruise for us and I will definitely recommend you to our family and friends." Vesna R., Canberra, Australia (3 Feb 06)

Hi Gayle we had a wonderful holiday, everything about the
Pacific Princess was great. The ship was very good, plenty of room to move about and you never thought that there were over 600 passengers on board.
T the cabin was quite roomy, plenty of storage space and a great balcony for sitting and watching the world pass by. I don't think anyone could complain about the food on board, the quality was top rate and plentiful.
We enjoyed all of the places we visited though sitting on the deserted islands was our favourite. All in all we would have to give the cruise five stars and would recommend it to any of your future clients. Again many thanks for all the help you gave and the great service" Stuart C., Perth, Australia (3 Feb 06)

Dear Gayle we are now back from our
Pacific Sun cruise. I must say it was fantastic, apart from me being sea sick and getting a cold the last three days of the cruise.
My husband and children did not want to get off the ship, they all said it was the best holiday they every had, and mind you we’ve had quite a few holidays.
Everything was so well organised, from food, to entertainment, to room service to children’s club. I think one needs a holiday to recover after being on the cruise, because there is so much to do, that it’s impossible to do everything.
I would definitely recommend the cruise to everyone, no matter of their age. We meet so many wonderful people on the cruise, the crew were so wonderful and helpful, we all felt like royalty because they treated us so well. It was hard coming back to everyday life.
Most probably if we go again I would like to stay in a suite, because the rooms can be a little claustrophobic.
I have nothing but utmost praise and respect for everyone who works on the ship. Nothing was too much trouble for any one everybody was very approachable and friendly. The captain was nice and made an effort to take photos with the guests. They had a wonderful crew of photographers who constantly took photos of people at various ports and also during formal nights. All photos were displayed for public viewing and people we able to purchase their photos without any sort of pressure. We have walked away with some lovely family photos.

Dear Ms. Russell We had a wonderful
Hayman Island experience. We really enjoyed a great holiday and we would like to thank you for doing a great job in making all our Hayman Island arrangements in the nick of time and with the utmost of professionalism. Thank you for a job well done!
Please find attached a picture of our youngest son (7 yrs old) having a lovely time in the Great Barrier Reef. Kind regards, " Giel-Jan V., Saudi Arabia (2 Feb 06)

Eva, We had an absolutely wonderful time at
Dunk Island. The pick up and drop off ran extremely smooth. The hotel was really nice, food was awesome and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have known it was monsoon season (a number of people who booked did not know either).
It probably would not have changed our minds to go but I think it is something we should have been told. I will send a picture when I get organized. Thanks for all of your help! " Trisha E., El Paso, USA (2 Feb 06)

Hi Elisabete The holiday was lovely.
Lindeman Island resort and facilities really catered for families well and there were no hiccups with our itinerary. My only suprise with the resort was the lack of good coffee!!! You could only get a decent coffee from the bar which opened at 10 am. So for a coffee addict like me, I was really disappointed. The brewed coffee was like what you get in Asia.
The lack of lifts could also be a problem for some - particularly for those with young children or disabled. It was really frustrating when you had to go to reception - you have to climb 77 stairs. However, overall we would do Club Med again - perhaps Malaysia next time. Many people that we met said that the overseas Club Meds, in particular Nusa Dua, were far more professional than Lindeman island. Many thanks for your prompt and efficient help." Hi Eva, We had a grand time in
Melbourne, and I was real happy that I'd done my research for places to stay. Firstly, I was very happy with the service that you provided me , and secondly, we were very pleased staying at the
Quay West Suites.
You took magnificent care of getting the accommodations we wanted. I don't have to tell you what a prime location it is, and convenient to everything we desired, and also provides many eating places along the river plus a beautiful view of the down town landscape. Plus we were within walking distance of
the Rod Laver Arena which was great.
The front desk was very helpful in getting us in a two bedroom suite shortly after arrival so we didn't have to take a smaller one bedroom for the first two day period which was originally all they could confirm when we advanced our arrival date. Everything went smoothly and perfectly, and thank you and Quay West for making this possible." William L. S., San Francisco, USA (31 Jan 06)

Hi Zoe, We loved our stay at the
Emerald Noosa Resort. We were so well looked after, that on arrival, the wonderful receptionist assisted us to get a gorgeous 3 bedroomed apartment, for which we paid in the difference.and we were SO comfortable! And a king-size bed in the main bedroom!" Monica G., Melbourne, Australia (29 Jan 06)

Hi Elisabete, It was fantastic, so beautiful, just like the brochures. All your arrangements for
the Intercontinental resorts at Tahiti and Moorea were perfect & I am glad we caught the ferry over to Moorea it was a great trip. We went jet skiing, parasailing, 4 wheel driving, swimming with the dolphins & could go snorkelling off our balcony in our private lagoon. The water was so warm, crystal clear & so blue.
Food, drinks etc were expensive but I expected that & I am glad we did not get the meal package as we went out quite a few times for lunch or dinner. Tessa hand fed & patted stingrays @ one restaurant. You would have loved the staff's uniforms, the men just wore a pareo ( sarong) around their waists & no shoes & the women wore a pareo or Tahitian type "moomoo" with the most beautiful flowers in their hair. They are so "laid back" nothing bothers them & they do everything in "Tahitian" time. Thanks again." Vicki, Danica & Tessa., Sydney, Australia (28 Jan 06)

Hi TIna, We had a great time on
Long Island in the Whitsundays, the weather was perfect, food excellent and the service was very good too.
Only point to make was that the rooms very very lacking in drawer space and none in the bathrooms to put anything so had to be put on the floor." Mandy W., Brisbane, Australia (28 Jan 06)

Hi Kylie! We had a wonderful time. The places we stayed everywhere were Excellent!! (
Royal Woods Resort Gold Cast, Cayman Villas Port Douglas, Emu Walk Apartments Ayer Rock).
We got excellent (Hertz) Vans and everyone was very comfortable. I wish we had stayed only 2 nites or perhaps 1 nite in Ayrs Rock instead of the 3. We could've done Melbourne. Never mind. The rest was worth it.
We spent time enjoying the Hotels' Swimming pool. It was very very hot in Ayrs Rock but luckily we got some showers right before we left for the Sunset Tour. That was an excellent tour highly recommended -
Anunga Tours. It was very authentic because we heard the stories from the Aboriginal itself. The Tour guide was soo good. Thanks a lot for everything." Arti T., Toronto, Canada (27 Jan 06)

Sali, It was a wonderful holiday at
Hamilton Island. I am sure my whole family has enjoyed very much and lots to remember. I attach a photo that shows my 2 kids on the catamaran." Alfred C., Sydney, Australia (24 Jan 06)

Thanks Elisabete, The trip to
Brampton Island was everything that we wanted. Yes, our rooms were side by side and that made it easier for the kids and us. Neither the kids nor my husband and I were ever bored, there is always something to do. The resort is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. Thankyou for all your help, our plans ran very smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend GlobeNet Travel to all my friends and family." Pam P., Sydney, Australia (24 Jan 06)

Hi Lynne, Had a great time on the
Pacific Sun cruise although the first two days were fairly rough the rest of the trip went smooth.
Wala was the most magnificent place,
Noumea on a Sunday leaves a lot to be desired. The weather was really good as was the food.
We did not understand how cigarettes could be duty free where alcohol was expensive. $4.50 for a can of beer seemed over the top. The cabin, food and beverage staff were all very friendly and helped immensely in making the trip. Perhaps the European staff members and crew could take a leaf out of their book. Hope you like the photo at Wala. Look at how blue the water is and how handsome my son is.(He’s he one in the foreground." Doug M., Melbourne, Australia (23 Jan 06)

Hi Tina, The trip was simply fantastic ! We had a great time...Overall we found
New Zealand's South Island to be far more scenic than North Island where we went in 2002.
Christchurch was nice and relaxing.
Heritage hotel was great in terms of room and service, but especially the location was perfect. We were right next to the cathedral and could walk to everything.
Mt Cook was okay, but probably a bit overrated. Maybe I am a bit biased because we live in the Pacific Northwest and the mountains around here are more spectacular than Mt Cook ;). So I think I should not have asked you to change the reservation from Dunedin to Mt Cook. Anyway, it was my mistake. The lodge at Mt Cook was quite ordinary, and I would not really recommend that area unless you have never been in the mountains before.
Queenstown was the highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend the
Nugget Point resort. It is a 10 minute drive from the town center. Our balcony looked out to the Shotover river where we got a good panoramic view of the river and jet boats screaming up and down the river.
Among the activities, I would recommend the
Shotover river jet boat ride, taking the small plane to Milford Sound (which we found to be very scenic even though we are spoiled with natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest), and a boat trip to a farm where they performed sheep shearing for the visitors.
Fiji was very beautiful, and compares to Tahiti and Bora Bora, which we also loved on a previous trip. The airport hotel, Fiji Mocambo, on the main island was convenient for the first and last nights.
Taveuni Palms was a gem of a resort on the island of Taveuni. It is rated as a top 10 honeymoon destination by Forbes magazine and rightfully so. The villa was extremely luxurious, the staff was very friendly, and the nanny that was provided for free for our daughter was simply the best. She actually burst into tears when we left and the baby waved her goodbye! The service and the food were top notch.
This resort would almost be in the same league as Lizard island and other luxury resorts in the South Pacific in terms of luxury and service, but obviously on a smaller scale in terms of number of guests (they only have 2 villas). It was the kind of resort that one would like to go back to many times. We met the owners, Kelly and Tony, who are very friendly and take care of you as if you are a VIP J. Overall, a great trip with a lot of good memories." Ram S., USA (23 Jan 06)
