• "Dear Tosh, Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at Heron Island & can thoroughly recommend it to any of your clients. We were lucky with the weather so scuba was great. Saw turtles laying and hatching & we even loved the noisy birds! Thank you for your help with all the arrangements, which were first class." Vern & Jenny S., Adelaide, Australia (18 Jan 05)

• "Hi Zoe, The Hamilton Island holiday went very well. We were upgraded to the Reef accommodation which was a nice surprise. Not sure why but we weren't bothered by it. The service was good and we look forward to being able to return in the future. Unfortunately we don't have any photos to send you as the photographers were too busy enjoying their holiday to take photos!! Thank you for your hard work in booking our holiday and look forward to contacting you for our future holidays. Best wishes for 2005." Veronica S., Brisbane, Australia (17 Jan 05)

• "Hi Kylie We had a marvellous trip, and thank you for all your arrangements. The Airlie Beach Coral Sea Resort was perfect and a good induction to Queensland, with enough to do to keep us occupied after Sydney. It commands a spectacular position on the headland, and is a perfect spot for unwinding, watching all the watersports! The room was so spacious and well maintained, we would recommend it to anyone wishing to go to the Airlie Beach area.

As for Peppers Palm Bay, we had the time of our lives, it is truly a delightful place, and we had the best Bures on the beach with the wallabys visiting us every evening! Very entertaining. We took the helicopter trip to Langford Reef for a twilight picnic, then the cruise/fly trip to the reef and dived. Home to Peppers via the Heart Reef (!) - MAGICAL! All the transfers worked like clockwork, the staff at PPB could not have been more attentive. Our only sadness is that they are expanding the resort, this will take away the intimacy of the place, a real shame, but that is business. Our only critical observation of PPB was the food did not come up to expectations, though perfectly acceptable it lacked the finesse that the resort portrayed of it's cuisine. If you were not so far away, we would be regular visitors to Queensland!! Many thanks, good luck for 2005, it had been a delight to use you and your company, hurrah for the internet " Louise and Paul., Paris, France (15 Jan 05)

• "Hallo Sali, It was great at Lizard Island and your organisation was perfect! No remarks ! I do not have yet some pitctures. As soon as i will get them, I will send one of those to you. Regards, and let's stay in contact for future trips in Australia!" Evaristo P., Rome, Italy (14 Jan 05)

• "Hi Gayle, Our Pacific Princess cruise was tremendous, very relaxing.. I came home a little heavier as the food was spectacular and you cant go passed the bufet breakfasts and lunches. The smaller islands we visited were lovely especially Dravuni and Mystery island. Port Vila was nice. A little disappointed with Noumea. We went on the pettit train once out of Noumea city the place was quite nice. We also tried to book a helicopter ride for Noumea but it had been cancelled due to lack of numbers. It would have been nice for the excursion officer on board to possibly make an announcement of these conditions.

We could not fault the boat itself, definitely 5 star facilities. There are certainly a lot of activities on the boat We had originally asked to be placed on a table of 8 but we were put on a table of 2 for dinner. As it worked out we were close to a table of 6 and we spent a lot of nights with them. I would like to thank you with the way everything ran smoothly from my initial enquiry to the detailed planning along the way. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and I really appreciate your promptness with responses." Jillian A., Melbourne, Australia (14 Jan 05)

• "Dear Tina, Thank you so much for all your amazing effort to make our Brampton Island trip the success it was. We had the best time it was everything we hoped for and more. Our room was great with a lovely view of the ocean, the resort is beautiful and you can not fault the staff, they are so friendly and lots of fun. We tried to do everything the island had to offer including taking a jet ski for a burn, that would have to be one of my favourites, even though our instructor was trying to show my husband moves to throw me off!! (I have to add he did not succeed and it was all in good fun) We spent a lot of time snorkling, saw some beautiful fish, Kris swam with a turtle on the first day.

The rest of our time was spent swimming, playing golf, archery (we both hit the coconut), walks around the island, fishing trip, sunset cruise and heaps more. The food was amazing, Kris put on 8 kilos, which he needed to put on and enjoyed every minute of it. The weather was great, only a small amount of drizzle one day and sunshine the rest of the time. To top off a beautiful holiday we were upgraded to a charter plane for our return trip to Mackay and had the most beautiful views of the island. We will definitely be going back and will also recommend it to all our friends and will also be recommending GlobeNet Travel and yourself to everyone. Thank you again and I promise to send a few pics over the next week. Cheers " Amanda J., Darwin, Australia (13 Jan 05)

• "Hello Zoe, We had a great time on the Pacific Sky cruise and will probably do another one in 2006/2007. Excursions from the boat were not all that well organised. It appeared that it would have been better if we went ashore independently and organised things our selves but that ,in the overall scheme of things, was minor. Food, service, entertainment and cabin set up was excellent. We met some terrific people and became good friends with the other 4 persons at our dinner table.Thank you once more for the excellent service you provided to us. It ensured our cruise went very smoothly." Darryl and Margaret W., Brisbane, Australia (13 Jan 05)

• "Hi Tina, Overall Peppers Palm Bay was great. The accomodation was very nice and comfortable, the service was good and the staff friendly. We look forward to booking with you again at another exciting destination in the future. Kind regards " Angela P., Sydney, Australia (12 Jan 05)

• "Hello Kylie : Just a quick note to say that you did an excellent job -- the properties we stayed at were very good (Manly Seaside Apartments Sydney, Villa San Michele Port Douglas, Acapulco on the Beach Gold Coast ), and the whole family enjoyed very much the holiday we had in Australia. The Tsunami disaster in South Asia inevitably dampened some of the fun and excitement. Best regards," Rahul R., Jakarta Indonesia (12 Jan 05)

• "Thanks Tina. We had a good time at Lizard Island where meal times were one of our favorite times of the day. Unfortunately, the weather didn't get much better, although we did manage to have 2 1/2 days of good sun. The other days it was just a torrential downpour. I am now convinced that Sept-Nov time period is the best time to visit the Barrier Reef. The weather was perfect at Orpheus Island when we were there at that time. Thanks for all your help in arranging the trip. " Yolanda C., Los Angeles, USA (12 Jan 05)

• "Hi Tina, Thank you for the room we got at Brampton Island. Last year when I booked directlly with P& O we got a room with no view. This year our room had a view of the water which was lovely. I feel that you helped with this as you understood the layout of the resort and the rooms. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and have a drink looking the water. I kept saying I must thank Tina for this. Thanks again. " Kim W., Sydney, Australia (12 Jan 05)

• "Dear Tina Logistics all worked without a hitch (with one small exception), which is a great credit to you! All the transport arrangements functioned as expected and on time, and accomododation was either great or excellent: The 4 Seasons was superb, Heron Island totally wonderful, and the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas villa flashy. I was delighted by the relaxed manner with which everyone accepted the e-tickets or simply a quick glance at my neatly laid out itinerary. What a joy!

We loved the helicopter ride to Heron - I have a special feeling about Heron! This really is eco-tourism at its best. I loved the way the island gently and unhurriedly creeps into your heart and under your skin. You arrive still on your "city rhythm" and are struck by the smell and the noise of the birds, all wafting in this dead-pan super-heated air, and you gasp, both physically and mentally. You sleep not so well the first night, although you have already noticed the remarkably high standard of the food (the best we had in all our trip!). Then, after 24 hours, you don't notice the noise or the smell any more, and become slowly aware how much your mind has slowed down to the pace of Nature and the sheer beauty of the place and its empty white beaches and the rays and reef sharks swimming and jumping around you in the bay! You go to bed early, you forget about mobiles and the internet, and you "close in" on interacting with your family. Magic! What can I say more!

The PADI diving school at Heron was very professional and well run, and a private instructor had been lined up to take the boys as I had agreed with Garry by email.

Aaron took them for 3 dives, and Jeff for 1 - both guys top notch, blending friendliness, professional safety, and excitement. Would recommend them to any other family. We all went snorkelling together once, when I buddied with my youngest son who that way also got to see a large shark and a humungous turtle swimming just a yard away! Many thanks again for all your assistance - I will be most happy to recommend your company and you in particular to anyone else who I hear in the future to be planning a trip to Australia.

In recognition of the wonderful time we had - and the fact that, had it been the Australasian and Pacific plate that had cracked instead, it would have been us on Heron swept away instead! - I decided to make my donation to the Australian Red Cross while we were there." John G.., London, UK (12 Jan 05)

• "Hi Tina We had a wonderful time and only wish that it wasn't all over! After a long flight from Edinburgh, we arrived to pouring rain in Brisbane and were feeling a little downhearted until we were met by our driver for our trip down to Kingfisher Bay and on to Couran Cove. The children were thrilled - it wasn't a boring old taxi but a limo! Couran Cove was just the place to chill and catch up on our jetlag - we surfed, ate, kayaked through the mangroves and took a night walk with one of the rangers. Just lovely. The Crowne Plaza at Surfers was a big hit too with a lovely room and great views. Car hire worked fine with a very smart car. All in all - everthying was great and thank you for the perfect organisation. We have promised ourselves another trip in a couple of years' time so will be in touch again. Thanks again and Happy New Year from chilly Edinburgh!" Nikki S., Edinburgh, UK ( 11 Jan 05)

• " Hello Sali, We had a brilliant time at the Gold Coast Regency on the Beach. Our apartment was located on the 3rd Floor, with a wonderful view of the ocean. We have recommended this apartment to so many people, our relatives from Hobart were in Qld at the same time and also felt this would be the best place to stay. I would consider the access directly to the beach and also having the life savers in front of our Apartment block a very big feature. Once we get ourselves settled I will send some photos of the apartment and the views from the roof top! We had a wonderful brunch New Years Day, overlook the southern part of the Gold Coast! Nice way to start the New Year! Thanks once more for all your help and assistance, your name and company have been given to many of our interstate friends." Lynn P., Melbourne, Australia (11 Jan 05)

• "Dear Kylie, Thank you for all your help with our trip. We just got back last night and had a great time! Peppers Palm Bay was really great, it was truly wonderful. We were especially impressed with the food. It was delicious and a special event each night! Thanks again." Heather J., New York, USA (11 Jan 05)

• "Hi Zoe, Our trip to Rydges Resort Caloundra was lovely. Accommodation was indeed a bargain. We even had an in-house spa & they gave a a $50 dinner voucher =) Quite a distance from the airport though, cost us $45 by taxi! I thought we were going to be in Maroochydore, not Caloundra! A hire car was a necessity to be able to drive around and go to Noosa. Thanks again for your assistance." Deirdre C., Melbourne, Australia (10 Jan 05)

• "Hi Elisabete, We had a lovely time on our honeymoon and everything you organised was really great. Dunk Island and Silky Oaks were very beautiful places and would highly recommend them to anyone. Organising through you over the internet made life very easy considering I had left booking until about 2 weeks before. Thank you so much for your assistance." Marsha  R., Prospect, Australia (10 Jan 05)

• "Dear Mary, We had the most fantastic time at Orpheus Island and are looking so forward to returning there sometime again in the future. The weather, food, accommodation, staff and the beauty of the island were more than we could ask for. Karen and her husband made us feel so special and pampered during our stay at Orpheus Island. Our trip from Townsville, on the light aircraft, to the Island and the return were scenic and comfortable. My time with my daughter and son-in-law could not have been spent in a better place. Our trip on the Queenslander Train was so pleasant with the good food and light entertainment at each meal. So what can I say but the whole trip was FANTASTIC. Thank you so much for your love and care while we were planning it and also the prompt sending of our tickets etc. We will certainly be using you and your company when we venture up that way again. Kind Regards," Sharon Y., Sydney, Australia (10 Jan 05)

• "Hi Sonia, The trip to Heron Island went very well, certainly much better than our previous trip to Green Island. Flights were OK. Helicopter ride there and back were great - the reef view whilst flying over it, was superb. Our Suite was great - clean, airy spacious and with quite a good view. The only nuisance to it were the noisy birds which were nesting, and there must have been thousands of them. However we got used to them after a couple of days and did manage to sleep through the racket they were making..... in a strange way, they added to the charm of the island.

The food was good / ok - nothing terribly special, but was not disappointed either..... it was pretty OK. Breakfast was certainly good each day. The choices were good too. We did do a lot of diving whilst on Heron. That was very good. - The diving facilities were excellent. The organization of it was well managed and the dive staff were very professional and charming.... This was the first time I encountered reef sharks whilst diving and that was really cool too. We also encountered some black tipped reef sharks too, whilst swimming at Sharks Bay. I did use the service of the island's resident nurse, due to some ear problems, developed through diving, and he was pretty well helpful...........

To me the highlight was the night we went on a little beach tour at 4:30am to watch turtle nesting..... this was the beginning of the season..... and we were very lucky. That night / dawn we counted 20 turtles nesting and laying eggs, both green turtles and loggerheads. It was a truly amazing experience we had with nature, which I will never forget.... they are such beautiful creatures. All in all we had a great time on Heron ! I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else, as it was a great set-up. The staff were all very friendly too ! Certainly a beautiful island, quiet, peaceful, truly amazing views..... and all the activities we were seeking on doing were available ! Sonia - thanks for arranging this trip. It was well planned, organized, and thoroughly enjoyable ! I attach some pics of the fun we had ! I will definitely comeback to you for future trips..... this was our second one with you, and certainly not the last ! Best wishes for a happy and successful 2005," John L., Paris, France (5 Jan 05)

• "Hi Zoe, Yes, we had a great holiday at Club Med Lindeman Island and the bookings all went smoothly. Thank you. We don't have any photos as we were too busy participating in all the Club Med activities. You have asked for some feedback to assist you to improve the services you provide to your customers. This is admirable. The service you and the rest of the team was excellent. We were difficult customers in that we didn't know exactly what we wanted. After some initial confusion, we eventually settled for a holiday that met our requirements... we were very happy with the overall service and particularly your personal interest in our special requirements. Cheers" Brian R., Sydney, Australia (4 Jan 05)

• "Hi Sali! I wanted to thank you for booking me in all the right places. In Sydney, I was right across the street from the train station which was PERFECT! I took the train out to the Hunter Valley (leaving at 6:00am) and to the Blue Mountains (also at 6:00am). It was necessary for me to leave that early for my activities. The fact that I could just literally hop across the street was a huge bonus! While in the Blue Mountains, I went abseiling for the day. It was, without a doubt, the most fun day of my life (and I've lived for a lot of days). I would definitely recommend the Blue Mountain Adventure Company in Katoomba. Thank you very much for taking the time to book my travel and answer all my questions. I will DEFINITELY recommend your services to any of my friends who travel down under and will contact you again when I return. (I only saw about 1/10th of the country)." Donna L., Chicago, USA (4 Jan 05)

• "Dear Gayle, We were most impressed with your service, pricing and follow-up on the P&O Cruise, we would definitely give you the opportunity of quoting in the future on our travel needs. I feel quite sorry for our friends who booked and paid full price through a local travel agent. Thanks once again, Regards" Trevor H., Sydney, Australia (4 Jan 05)

• "Zoe: We cannot thank you or GlobeNet enough. Everything was perfect. (I travel much of the year on business so perfect is a high standard for any travel I don't personally arrange). You are among the first I am writing and I am pleased to attach some of our favorite Heron Island & Sydney photos. The turtle was outside my window at 730 am! " Ira R., New York, USA (1 Jan 05)

• "Hi Sali, We has spent a very good time in Australia. Everything was on schedule and went smoothly. We has experienced a wonderful vocation and enjoyed snorkeling in Heron island. The weather was fine during past week (we all became chocolate color skin). My young son even cried not to go back to Taiwan in airplane (Honestly, me too in my deeply heart). Thanks you again for your arrangement of my trip, and Merry Christmas." Julius H., Taiwan (29 Dec 04)
