• "Hi Lynette,  We had a great time again on the Pacific Sun. Better than the previous cruise in that we knew the workings better, but for the first few days we kept going back to the room we had on our last trip? My husband liked the fact that you can now have hamburgers and pizza at lunch time free!!

We enjoyed the Petite Train Tour but otherwise didn't think much of Noumea. Ouvea was lovely, beautiful beach and clear blue water. Enjoyed Vila friendly people and great priced Duty Free Booze don't know about anything else, didn't have much time to look as we did two tours, which we enjoyed especially the one on the Lagoon, I think Vila would be a nice spot for relaxing break.

Next stop Wala, nice little island, did the walking tour around the island and had a lovely swim. Then we had a few days rest! before having to go back to the rat race. Really looking forward to our Asia cruise in March on the Pacific Sky. I think I'm hooked on cruising. No cooking, cleaning, driving, etc. It's great looking at the great expanse of water some days and others a new place to explore. Thanks for your help. " Marianne S., Warnbro, Australia (21 Nov 05)

Monaco
Click to enlarge• "Hi Kylie, we are still going through all of our 2,700 plus photos that we had taken in our 7 week holiday - We had a ball. We have attached a photo from Monaco which was absolutely gorgeous. Our favourite places were Dubai, Paris, The French Rivera and Greece. We will revisit Switzerland as it was washed out and Germany as it was just a drive through only and we both feel that it has so much more to offer.

I have been wanting to go to Dubai for about 13 years and when I arrived it far exceeded my wildest expectations, we had an awesome time. Generally the Cosmos tour was good but we felt ripped off with some of the optional extras as they were way over priced for what you received. The included dinners were very poor and the optional dinners were average to poor. The coach was great, and both the driver and director were very professional and informative.

We do understand it is a business but you do feel that you should get some sort of value for money especially when there are large group bookings involved. Anyway thank you for assisting us in our holiday and we will talk to you soon when we are ready for our next holiday. " George D., Brisbane, Australia (21 Nov 05)

Brampton Island
Click to enlarge• "Hi Gayle, Thank you very much for your assistance in organizing our trip to Brampton Island. We were met on arrival and were pleased with the staff who were very efficient the whole time. The accomodation was excellent. The food and service was also first class.

The photo which we have sent you was on departure, the couple in the Middle we met in Brampton Island Craig and Cathy, Myself and Valerie my wife are at either end. Thanks once again for your assistance and we would book our next trip through you" Ken H., Canberra, Australia (18 Nov 05)

• "Hi Gayle, the Queen Mary 2 was absolutely fabulous - the ship was unbelievable - size, style etc and great food and service. The cabin was great - king size bed and the balcony worth the extra money. They did a great deal to keep us our of bad weather and while not entirely able to provide sunshine and calm weather the entire trip - it worked pretty well!!!

The entrance into NY harbour on the last day was spectacular - we got up early and followed the journey in - first from the cabin - lucky we were on the port side!! - and then from the upper decks a little later. We had a special dinner for my husband's birthday in the Todd English restaurant which was one of the best ever - great wine advice too -altho not enough Australian - the Kiwis did better!!! He ended up with two birthday cakes - one in each restaurant.

The only disappointing thing were the arrangements at disembarkation. I checked with the tour desk and they recommended taxis for people going to stay in NY c- however when we emerged there were about 300 of us waiting and very few taxis - we wiated over one and half hours kerbside - not an efficient process - I would have booked a car had I known. We were one of many in the same situation. I rescued a poor French woman who didn't know to get a ticket and waited just as long as we had before she found out. She just didn't understand.

There are many stories to tell and I'll find an appropriate picture when we have time. For the record and other people's benefit - there are 3 black tie nights in the 6 days. Hope this helps and thanks - I managed to maintain the surprise for my husband right till the embarkation area - he thought we were going to the Isle of Wight on the southampton car ferry to visit friends. He was v. v. surprised!!! and delighted. He loved it all - including the watercolour classes and the library. " Mrs Anne T., Sydney, Australia (17 Nov 05)

Quay West Resort Bunker Bay

Your service is 10/10 - no improvement needed!! We will be back in touch with you soon for another hit!!" Daren S., Perth, Australia (15 Nov 05)

• "Thanks Kylie, Everything was just wonderful, we had an awesome time at Dunk Island. Thank you so much for organising our connections and flights to and from Sydney everything went smoothly. I will send you a photo when we develop them. I can't think of anything off the top of my head how you can possibly improve your service, you were very helpful and your advice was spot on. • "Hello GlobeNet, My husband and I visited Australia in Sept/Oct 2005 for our honeymoon. The itinerary that Zoe put together for us was perfect. The accomodations she chose (Four Points Sheraton in Sydney, Heron Island, Outrigger Beach Club and Spa Palm Cove and Novtel Brighton Beach) were excellent, all the hotels were in great locations, perfect for our honeymoon and above average. While we were planning our trip, Zoe was very friendly, accomodating and gave us alot of options that fit our budget.

The best part of the trip was Heron Island on the Great Barrier Reef. This location was perfect because the resort holds only about 200 - 250 people at one time so it felt very personal. The staff was very friendly and made our visit to the island very enjoyable. We would recommend this island to everyone going to visit Australia. Overall, the trip was great and we cannot wait to return to Australia again in the future. " Nevila & Ivan K., New York, USA (14 Nov 05)

• "Hi Elisabete, We had a fantastic time & will probably return to China. Beijing was our favourite by far !!! We are ( thinking about returning & doing "The Silk Road Tour, depending on price). Everything you booked went very well. Thanks again" Vicki, Danica, Tessa, Laura, Vanessa & Kate, Sydney, Australia (10 Nov 05)

• "Hi Tosh, As you'll see from the photos we had a great time. Hamilton Island - very nice to spend one night there - probably a little over developed for our age kids, but Koala breakfast was great, and nice pool to splash around in.

Daydream Island was lovely - great easy place to have kids our age: great pools, fabulous kids climbing gym, and mini-golf that was lots of fun. Kids club was very well equipped and staffed - and the girls loved it, while we loved being able to have an afternoon at the spa.

Evenings were very kid friendly - Bali band, and open air movies three nights a week make it very easy to have a lovely time. Buffet breakfast was great, adults menu at Mermaids resteraunt was great. . . kids menu was very limited and OK. Thanks very much for organising this all for us - we had a lovely family hoiliday. We'll be in touch again next year! " Kate & Roger W., Sydney, Australia (10 Nov 05)

• "Zoe, Thank you so much for your help - we will surely recommend you to others wanting to travel to Australia" Gwen W., Boston, USA (8 Nov 05)

• "Dear Elisabete, Melinda and I had a fantastic time over at Couran Cove. Relaxing on our balcony overlooking the lagoon, getting woken up by the birds at 5. 30am in the morning, the Day Spa facilities were nice and tranquil, both Mel and I had an 50min Swedish massage, taking the cruises up the Broadwater and overland in the Seaplane. We both had enjoyed ourselves immensely, not looking forward to going back to work though. But all good things must come to an end, we'd definately would visit Couran Cove again. Thank-you for taking care of planning and organising our Honeymoon for us. " Mr and Mrs Jeremy B., Melbourne, Australia (3 Nov 05)

• "Hi Zoe, Thank you so much for planning the honeymoon of a life time at Heron Island. I am 24 weeks pregnant and that still did not stop me from having a ball. It is the most beautiful relaxing place you will ever see to anyone wondering weather to go do it, it is just fantastic really there are no words to explain the serenity of the place.

My husband, our little baby boy Mozes who is on the way and I will be going back for our 1st anniversary next year on the 29th of October 2006. It was just great and the food is devine. Thank you so much again for getting us there. " Cody & Melinda C., Brisbane, Australia (8 Nov 05)

• "Dear Lynette, Everything went like clockwork at the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas - thank you so much, my first internet planned holiday will not be the last. Many thanks. " Pam B., Melbourne, Australia (7 Nov 05)

• "Hi Zoe, All was fantastic at Rydges Capricorn Resort Yeppoon - all went to plan with no dramas at all. Weather was perfect everyday and the resort is perfect for families with young children. We appreciate all your planning and assistance and look forward to booking the next vacation with you ASAP !! " Matthew V., Sydney, Australia (7 Nov 05)

Pacific Sky cruise
Click to enlarge• "Hi Gayle, What a wonderful honeymoon we have had! After such a perfect wedding, we woke up the next day full of anticipation about going on our first cruise. Neither of us knew what to expect, but we just wanted to be looked after, to be able to relax when we wanted to, to have plenty of new experiences and to have fun. The Pacific Sky cruise gave us all that - and more. We cannot recommend the crew highly enough. There was not one single person who did not make their best effort to ensure that we had a good time. There was always plenty to do and we had great fun every day and every evening.

Our highlight was the “Marriage Game' where we came second - to a couple who had been married for 35 years (beating us by 34 years 51 weeks 4 days)! From that moment on – we were celebrities on the ship! We cannot say enough good things about the marvellous food and entertainment. We both want to thank you Gayle for arranging our trip and making everything flow so smoothly. We would highly recommend Globenet Travel to anyone. So now comes the hard part, not just returning to work, but saving all our money for our next cruise!! We are totally addicted. " Sarah and Michael H., Brisbane, Australia (7 Nov 05)

• "Dear Tina, Just a short thank you for a wonderful time which my family had on our recent 4 night Reef Endeavour Cruise. Even although we had the only young children aboard they more more than amply catered for which of course helped us enjoy ourselves. Everything was first class, the food, the service and the facilities and tours with the exception of the morning tour of Cooktown where the guide was hopeless and we would have been better off to walk around ourselves but I guess this is to be expected over a period. Anyway thanks once again and we are certainly telling our friends about the trip. All the best. Of course I came back to the bonus of us whitewashing the Kiwis in the one day series!" • "Hi Elisabete, Firstly, both Tanya and myself would like to thank you dearly for all your effort into making our Brampton Island holiday as memorable as it turned out to be. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Your advice was paramount in the type of room we had, close to all the action but still quite private with picturesque views. If anything, we would probably stay upstairs rather than downstairs on our return trip in the future. The island experience in itself was phenomenal. The water was warm and crystal clear and the weather was great apart from the 15 minute downpour we had one particular night.

The Brampton experience is great. You can do as much as you want with a wide range of tours and activities or as little as you want and just sit by the water. The choice was indeed a pleasant problem to have. The snorkelling in general off the island itself was great. The "fish bowl" as they call it (in between Brampton and Carlisle Island) was the place to snorkel with a wide array of fish, turtles and even the odd, harmless reef shark. The Romance Package was well worth it. The massage almost put me to sleep as it was so relaxing.

We didn't end up going on the sunset cruise as it was cancelled due to rough seas, however the manager exchanged this for the Sea Salt dining experience which was definitely one of the highlights. This is where about 7 couples dine at night around the pool to a 5 course meal while watching the sunset and then the stars. It was truly a beautiful experience. And finally the staff in general were so co-operative and friendly. There are too many to name but there were all great.

Once again Elisabete, thankyou so much for everything and we definately recommended your web site to some friends who were interested. we have attached a couple of photos, one of us after a hot walk up to the peak of the island and another enjoying a drink before the Sea Salt dining experience. All the best and we will be in touch again, hopefully for our next trip to Brampton!!" Steve & Tanya Y., NSW, Australia (3 Nov 05)

• "Hi Lynette!  Chardon and I had the most awesome time on the Pacific Sun cruise and everything was perfect! We enjoyed every part of the trip and we would like to thank you for organising our plans so well!" Amanda and Chardon W., Sydney, Australia (1 Nov 05)

Hawaii cruise
Click to enlarge• "Hi Kylie, We really enjoyed Hawaii. We always have a great time in the holidays you book for us. Everything went well. The beaches were absolutely beautiful, Waikiki and Honolulu reminded us of Surfers Paradise and Santa Monica, we drove around the whole island and found it to be a bit like Fiji. The ABC shops in every corner were getting to be a bit too much.

Food servings at restaurants were too large in quantity but nice, desserts were yummy, favourite restaurant was Bubba Gump as in the movie Forrest Gump. Going on a submarine was a good experience. Overall we had a great time. The Sheraton Waikiki was really good. Looking forward to planning our next holiday with you. " Bedriey C., NSW, Australia (30 Oct 05)

• "Hey Zoe, Dunk Island was really wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I got back from holiday just yesterday so when I get myself sorted out will send on some pics of Dunk Island that I took. The room that I was given (Banfield room) was 100 percent wonderful. It was like having my own lil apartment in the rainforest. " Devon P., California, USA (29 Oct 05)

• "Hi Eva, the Grand Copthorne Waterfront in Singapore was very nice but not convenient to the action - it was too far to walk in the heat, and a way from the train station. I suspect for the casual tourist being near Raffles or Orchard Road is a better bet. " Richard & Trish C., Corlette, Australia (28 Oct 05)

• "Hi Tina, Just a quick thanks for organising the holiday at The Regal in Port Douglas for us, we had a fabulous time! Also, for your reference HABA snorkelling tours just recently started a half day reef cruise that doesn't leave the Marina till 11. 30 and you can take your own food, the staff and facilities are excellent. " Kylie R., Melbourne, Australia (27 Oct 05)

• "Hi Sonia, We had a great four day brake, Bedarra Island and people exceeded our expectations (which is normally hard to do) I would recommend the island to any one who just needs to relax, chill out and have heaps of privacy, thank you for taking care of all the bookings, it was flawless. • "Hi Eva, Thanks for the email and for all your help in organising our Pacific Sun cruise. Our wedding ended up going ahead and was perfect, and so was the honeymoon. I think Christine and I are addicted to cruising now, so we’ll be keen to hear whenever you come across a good deal. " Darren O'M., Sydney, Australia (25 Oct 05)

• "Thanks Zoe, Our trip to Dunk Island was very good - Nice and relaxed now and thankfully weather was fab. Cheers" Megan H., Sydney, Australia (25 Oct 05)

• "Hi Sonia, In short. . . . we had a FABULOUS time!! Without doubt the best holiday we've taken. The arrangements for our Whitsunday experiences were flawless, so many thanks to you for sorting these out for us. The best moment. . . . . snorkelling on the Reef. I've always wanted to go there and experience it and we were lucky to get great weather and a great group of folks running the Fantasea cruise and the Reefworld facility. For me, it was awesome!

The team at the Beach Club on Hamilton Island were great too. What a lovely atmosphere they manage to foster there - the people couldn't have been nicer and the hotel itself was everything we hoped it would be and more. A wonderful experience and loads of vivid, happy memories to keep us warm through what is forecast to be a "terrible" winter in the UK. Thanks again Sonia. " Duncan & Julia F., London, UK (25 Oct 05)

• "Hi Kylie, Thanks again for organising this trip, we had a great time and it was just what we needed. As usual your advice was spot on and we really enjoyed Wilson Island. In terms of feedback, we did have a few comments: - Wilson Island was beautiful with great snorkelling and wildlife. Almost every time we went swimming we saw turtles, sharks, octopus etc. The coral is in wonderful condition, at least as good as the reefworld platform I visited from Airlie Beach. -

The standard of accommodation there was great. Waking up with the ocean in front of you is a great experience and the limited numbers makes for a really restful experience. - Our hosts, Matt and Kat, were excellent. Matt's cooking was wonderful and Kat's knowledge of the reef and the island's wildlife really added to the fun. I can't praise them enough, very hard working, good company and couldn't be more helpful. " Chris G., Sydney, Australia (24 Oct 05)

• "Hi Sali,  Max and I had a great time on Lindeman Island and we will send a letter to Club Med, thanking them for their service. Don't know if you heard of the Telstra conference that was there just before us. The staff were run off their feet.

Anyway, a few photos of the Island's golf course and the bay, hope you can use. " Greg S., Brisbane, Australia (24 Oct 05)

• "Hi Sali, We had a fantastic time on the Pacific Sun cruise. I was sick the first day and had to get the injection from the doctor but was fine for the rest of the cruise. We all loved every minute of it.

The kids club was fantastic and the kids had a great time. My only suggestion you may keep in mind for any other bookings for families is that the kids dinner is 5. 00 pm and our sitting wasn't until 8. 30 pm. There was another sitting at 8. 00 which would have been better as we were sometimes rushing our dinner to pick them up at 10. 00. There was 4 different dinner sittings, 6. 00, 6. 15, 8. 00 and 8. 30. Hope this helps and thanks for everything" Cathy J., Vermont South, Australia (21 Oct 05)

• "Kylie, except for the crossing to Heron Island, which was very rough, the weather was excellent. We thought everything about Wilson Island was fantastic. We saw everything, whales, turtles, dolphins, sharks, stingray and of course birds. The whole set up is excellent and our hosts, Jacinta and Heath did a brilliant job. Heath's cuisine is top class.
