Hi Tina Thank you for organising our holiday. Everything went smoothly and we relaxed instantly at
Silky Oaks Lodge, with a little help from the 3hr massage we indulged in! Being surrounded by nature and its quietness made our minds focus on the job -- "total relaxation". Port Douglas was great to, The Boathouse was conveniently located in the centre of town and close to the beach. Nice - our 2 week holiday felt like 3 weeks!" Nikki & Noel S., Sydney, Australia (26 Sep 05)

Hello Gayle We had a wonderful
Pacific Sun cruise - smooth seas for ten days and hot weather. The ship was good our cabin was nice and the staff very friendly which made our cruise most enjoyable. The food was terrific plenty of it. We are starting to save again for our next one.Thank you for all your help everything went smoothly hope to use your services again." Hi Lynette Thankyou for organising our
Daydream Island holiday, we had a fantastic time and the weather was perfect. The only downfall is coming back to work!!" Kerri & Matthew R., Brisbane , Australia (21 Sep 05)

Hi Lynette The trip to
Club Med Lindeman was terrific - I would recommend it to all ages - families, couples and singles, both of all ages mixed well and enjoyed all the activities. My room was on the ground floor of the 3000 block and it was a terrific position. I did tell them the shows were far too loud for both my age group and amny of the ittle ones. Food was fabulous. GOs were very friendly and helpful. The weather wasn't that good - that didn't worry me I played tennis twice a day, swam, played golf etc. So all your efforts and bookings went smooothly and were much appreciated. " Tricia A., Melbourne, Australia (21 Sep 05)

Hi Zoe We had a fabulous time and found Virgin blue to be ok as well. Loved Daydream! I have attached a photo of us having drinks watching the sunset on Lovers Cove. Everything went to plan and we highly recommend
Daydream Island! " Vicki M., Brisbane, Australia (22 Sep 05)

Dear Tina The holiday was excellent and really enjoyed by all! We couldn't fault it. The
Hamilton Island apartment was great and very suitable for us. We are highly recommending it as a holiday destination. Thankyou again for your help." Sarah F., Hobart, Australia (20 Sep 05)

Kylie, The
Orion Kimberley cruise holiday was great we thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The service on the cruise was absolutely first class - even the entertainment with Hal & Jay although Shirley took out the honours with her operatic renditions!!!
I was very impressed with how polite and happy the crew were - a bit different to some I have been on. Anyway thanks for organising it all for us and the changes by email from the ship - you made it too easy." Caroline S., Alice Springs, Australia (20 Sep 05)

Hi Sali I really liked
Dunk Island, as while it was at 92% occupancy. Aart from at meal times, it didn't feel that busy and there were plenty of things to do, such as pilates, golf, tennis and yoga. Unfortunately the weather was too windy for all the boat trips so we couldn't get out onto the reef which was a shame, but logisitcially everything worked a treat. Thanks very much for organising all of this for us. " Sarah H., London, UK (19 Sep 05)
• "
Hello Trisha, Thanks for your help in booking our recent
Orion Cruise! You were right with the cabin - #302 on Deck 3, the lowest level for passengers and a big $$$ saving. It was excellent in all respects, well furnished, large enough for the 2 of us and ample closet space, marble bathroom, 5 star treats plus a large window and blackout curtain.
The dining choices were excellent and the crew simply the best! Where has this ship been all our lives??? " Peter & Catharina R., Brisbane, Australia (18 Sep 05)

Hi Sonia Our trip was wonderful …
Wrotham Park Station was for me the most memorable part of our stay. I wish we had another night or two there…everything about it…from the hospitality of the staff to the lodging to the food to the scenery was incredible. If we do get the chance to return to Australia, we will return to Wrotham Park." Lauren F., New York, USA (14 Sep 05)

Kylie Steve and I had a fabulous time on
Heron Island. As a SCUBA diver is was a wonderful experience. The diving was the quality of a live-aboard trip without the hassels of having to live on a boat. The dive staff was extremely friendly, and the safety with which dive operations were run were the best I've ever seen.
In addition to SCUBA, Steve and I enjoyed the snorkeling, reef walks, and especially the isolation of the island which allowed for quiet walks along the beach and through the forest. Heron Island was truly a slice of paradise (check out the beautiful sunrise photo).
With regard to improvements...the food was only so-so, particularly brekky and lunch. This was a bit of a disappointment with regard to how the resort was advertised and the associated costs. It was a especially disturbing having birds in the dining room and often they "helped themselves to the buffet or even the food right off your plate." Several travelers we met appeared to be ill after the seafood buffet. Evenings in which dinner was a la carte were the much better.
All in all, Heron Island was a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and a great chance to enjoy the beauty of the reef and all of it's marine life. It might not be the type of place for people who want a wild night life, but for us it was a great place to get some rest and relaxation. Thanks for your help in arranging everything. PS -- I'd recommend sea sickness tablets for people taking the launch from Gladstone. The ride can get really rough!" Lynn L., Sydney, Australia (15 Sep 05)

Tina We had a great time on
Daydream Island. A week of just relaxing with great weather for the time of year (early Sept). The kids loved the pools and were fascinated by the fish – all the wonderful coral lagoons and they went to just about every fish feeding session available, feeding the sharks and patting the stingrays etc and the barramundi feeding by the waterfall pool was quite exciting as well. They especially liked the wild fish feeding on sunset beach was fantastic with large fish swimming around your legs.
The facilities are great, it wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of opportunity to lounge around or use the catamarans, canoes go snorkelling and of course to sample the wonderful health spa (but you need to book quickly as it is very popular). The only criticism we have is that the rooms were not as clean as we would have liked although room service responded to our requests promptly. The food was generally good, the buffets in the waterfall restaurant were satisfactory although not outstanding ( a bit more variation in the salad bar would have been nice but the choice was good). All in all a very enjoyable stay. Next time we go to the area we will go on a few excursions but this time was just for relaxation. " Steve J., Canberra, Australia (13 Sep 05)

Hi Zoe We had a great time. The
Hamilton Island Apartment was simply the best rest we have had. Every excuse in the world to do as little as possible and really recharge and even the kids got in the 'zone'. The accom here was well appointed.... the ground floor apartment was great for the kids to explore the lawns and gardens." Gaylene & Mark N., Sydney, Australia (12 Sep 05)

Kylie We thoroughly enjoyed
Thala Beach Lodge. Our only regret is that it was not closer to Port Douglas. We got stuck in town one night which proved to be quite the challenge. We also felt the resort should have more than one option for dining. Dinner was quite expensive. We really enjoyed our room #11 as it has a distant view of the ocean as well as the forest. Thanks for all your help. " Mary Nell M., Atlanta, USA (12 Sep 05)
• "
Elisabete We enjoyed
Bedarra Island Resort immensely. I would say that to be honest, the value was good but not outstanding (you'll do well if you are an alcoholic); the people were as nice as could be; the front office service was impeccable; the wait staff was regrettably inattentive at times (also noted on internet reviews) but to get right down to it, it was a superb place to reconnect with a your spouse. Very romantic. Very cool. Everything went smoothly and thanks again for your outstanding service.." Marty W., Fort Worth, USA (12 Sep 05)

Hello Jean Wrotham Park is the ultimate getaway - everything you need has already been thought of and is there ready for you - from the staff greeting us on arrival with the much appreciated cold towels to the oil burner and poem at turn down, the communal dining with a host and all the activities.
The food was exquisite - the staff fantastic. After 2 nights there it felt as though I had been away for 2 weeks. To travel from the ocean to the outback by road and watch the scenery change and then return by air was the only way to do it." Karen T., Cairns, Australia (12 Sep 05)

Gayle Had a fantastic trip. It was very memorable, and we are singing the praises of
Club Med Lindeman. Thank you for efficiently organising our travel to Lindeman Island and the changes I made along the way." Allan N., Auckland, New Zealand (12 Sep 05)

Hi Zoë The stay at
Dunk Island was fantastic, the service was impeccable and the staff very friendly. In short the 5 day break on Dunk although very restful, was not long enough. Aside from the above, there is only a couple of suggestions which I would like to put to you as part of a service improvement plan. 1. Addition of a heated spa would be in keeping with the esteem of a 4 star amenity. 2. Some soft or cocktail music played at dinner time would enhance the atmosphere even further. Once again we wish to thank you for your assistance and the prompt service in dealing with the arrangements linked with our stay at the island. " James D., Melbourne, Australia (10 Sep 05)

Hi there Tina, We flew in our aircraft to Darwin and on up to Horn Island and down to
Lizard Island arriving at our advised time, 2.30pm to be nicely greeted on arrival by friendly staff. We were really looking forward to our stay and loved the island from the start. My wife loved the beaches and surroundings so much we extended another day.
More recently we flew with two friends to
El Questro. It was my 4th flight there. I bring my friends there for a Barra lunch, Yes all the way from Broome! This last trip was the first time we all stayed there overnight. By contrast the staff there seem very happy and caring. The chef is legendary, I don't know him at all. Darren took us for our tour of Explosion Gorge; what a nice friendly helpful caring guy! Voyages, I believe, has just purchased El Questro.. Please remember the saying guys 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it!' " Eddie & Lily S., Broome, Australia (9 Sep 05)

Hi Trisha We were meaning to let you know ... .... just how fantastic our
Pacific Sun cruise was. To begin with, your advice about travelling mid-ships [and your selection of that position on the ship for our cabin] was excellent. It seemed to us that the people who complained of sea sickness were situated at the front or the back of the ship. Our own experience was of a smooth, untroubled, excellent ride.
Thank you also for the upgrade to Empress deck. We very much appreciated it. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable and everything that we had hoped for. The steward service was splendid. The service we received from you was excellent. When there was a problem (the late delivery of advice about the trip before sailing) you quickly and competently overcame the problem and the upgrade well made up for any inconvenience we had. The early dinner sitting well suited our personalities and we were able to take in some evening entertainment after dinner.
Thankfully, it was unnecessary to take advantage of the travel insurance that you sold us, but it was reassuring to know that we had it if the occasion had arisen. The shore content in each stop was thoroughly enjoyable and Sue and I took advantage of all of it, enjoying a few of the available tours. All the tours that we did were excellent. It would be hard to find any balancing adverse comments to make.
Perhaps the people on the shore desk on the ship could have been more helpful but once the tours were arranged, we did not have to have dealings with them. The maitre de asked us to change from our original table in one of the dining rooms to accommodate a large family that wanted to be seated together. The minor inconvenience to us was more than compensated for by a free bottle of wine and a very thoughtful selection of new dining companions for us in the new dining room. We thank you for your excellent service, Trish, and would travel again with P & O. " (names withheld)., Sydney, Australia (7 Sep 05)

Hi Elisabete I had to send you two pictures from
Heron Island, couldn't decide which one was the best. Sorry about sending another sunset, but they are a bit special. As usual everything went without a hitch, what was fabulous was the transfer speed from the plane into Gladstone to the helicopter. I reckon we got 5 hours extra holiday doing it that way. Apart from which the wind was a bit strong and most of the passengers on the ferry arrived quite green. Thank you for your help, we are already planning another visit next year, I guess we have become used to doing nothing for week." Ted and Suzi J., Sydney, Australia (6 Sep 05)

Dear Zoe We had a great trip to NE Queensland last month. The visit to
Lady Elliot Island was spectacular and welcome respite after a long flight. We had a lot of fun there and met great people.
The trip to
Green Island was equally wonderful and I might think about if I have a chance to return possibly a night there. Those islands were the best for kids in my opinion.
Palm Cove was beautiful and allowed to explore
Cairns. We enjoyed it very much including breakfast at the beachside restaurants.
The Mango Resort is beautiful but a bit too much "spa" for my taste. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time alot. We actually had a fun time at the Cairns Night Zoo and Kuranda. Cairns has alot to do for adults and kids too.
Dunk Island (my suggestion!!) was pretty but a bit disappointing in a way. I am not sure if the huge resort feel or what it was - the food was a high point though! In any event, we had a great trip and maybe will be back in touch to explore Oz. I also sincerely appreciated your patience with all our twists and turns in itinerary including the great help by your office while we were there to change our itinerary again. Thanks for helping us plan this wonderful trip. " Joseph R., Shanghai, China (6 Sep 05)

To Sali We had an amazing time and
Heron Island was fantastic. The helicopter flight was amazing.. we even got it on the way home. Very expensive but really worth the money particually if one gets sea-sick. Over all a terrific place and a perfect time of year to travel." Vanessa B., Brisbane, Australia (5 Sep 05)

Hello Kylie A big thank you from the Family for arranging our recent holiday to
Melbourne and Heron Island. All the arrangements were faultless. Heron Island was stunning. Even at this time of year there was plenty to see, we snorkelled with sharks, rays, turtles and all the other beautiful little fish you expect to see on a coral reef. The helicopter flight over was awesome. The resort was comfortable, the staff friendly and offered excellent service.
I know we kept you busy with the arrangement details as our trip couldn't be confirmed until the last minute, so it's a real testament to your patience and expertise that everything went swimmingly." Fiona Y., London, UK (5 Sep 05)

Hello Zoe Thank you for making our experience on
Hayman Island a very memorable one. We were thoroughly impressed with everything that had been organised. We made sure that we had the vouchers that we had printed out, with us at all times. The staff and personnel were extremely friendly and made us feel at home.
The flight to Hamilton Island went well and being taken to the Island aboard a seaplane was a highlight to the beginning of our honeymoon . All connections had been made aware of because we were continually greeted by our first name or surname which made us feel at home." Diedrie & Herbert, Melbourne, Australia (3 Sep 05)

Dear Trisha We want to thank you so much for your efforts with our
Desert Gardens Hotel accommodation at Uluru. We had the best views of The Rock from our balconies and the rooms were fantastically comfortable, even without the upgrade to a spa room. The facilities at the Resort were remarkable and we couldn't have been happier. I have happily recommended you to my friends since our return." Maureen D., Brisbane, Australia (2 Sep 05)

Dear Gayle Unfortunately we are back from paradise :( We had the most amazing time in
Bali. The wedding was perfect (will send you some pic’s shortly). I am still amazed at how smoothly everything panned out! As far as the flights we had no dramas at ALL leaving Brisbane nor in Bali.
The accommodation was fantastic and the staff at
The Bounty were great! Would stay there again for sure. I would most definitely recommend getting married in Bali, if you do happen to get wedding quires let me know and I will give you the info. All in all, our quests had a ball, not one person had any negative comments…. In one word it was incredible and we didn’t want to leave. Once again thank you so much for all your help. Couldn’t have done this without you! Take care PS. Guruda staff in Brisbane were excellent! Very helpful, check in was about 15min. I was very impressed! " Suzi O., Meadowbrook, Australia (31 Aug 05)

Hi Trisha We returned from
Daydream Island last night so I just thought i'd let you know we had a fabulous time. The weather unfortunately wasn't in our favour - very windy and rain on and off, so we couldn't partake in many water sports - but we still had a great family holiday. Both our boys got sick while we were there, but the nurse there was fantastic so no dramas - the staff were also great. I'd thoroughly recommend Daydream for a family holiday. Thanks for all your assistance." Robyn M., Sydney, Australia (31 Aug 05)

Hello Sali We had a great time, everything went perfectly acording to plan. The
Captain Cook Reef Endeavour Cruise was a real delight, although the cabins look a bit tired. But, when you have a good time, that is only minor. We are very much tempted to try their cruise to the Torres Straight Islands next year and we will certainly come back to you for your most efficient service.
