• "Dear Gayle We have now returned safely from Australia and got over the jet lag. We greatly appreciate your help with the arrangements with the Outback Pioneer Resort at Ayers rock, Kings Canyon & Sounds of Silence dinner in Central Australia - we enjoyed everything immensely." Sam S., Vancouver, Canada (30 Aug 05)

• "Dear Sali I had a WONDERFUL time at Dunk Island. The resort was lovely, the staff were excellent and, after the first day of rain it was mostly sunny. Whenever it wasn't I was able to use it as an "excuse' to stay in my lovely, upgraded room, to take advantage of the Foxsports channels and watch the cricket!! I was upgraded from a Banfield Room to a Beachfront unit which I now see must have represented a saving of about $700! Perhaps you might convey my appreciation to Voyages for that. I was VERY pleased about that as the room was just lovely. Perhaps the involvement of your agency had that effect? In that regard let me say that I was extremely pleased with your (ie. you personallly) handling of all my enquiries & the bookings" Maria C., Sydney, Australia (26 Aug 05)

Our trip, which can be broken down into four parts (Sydney area, Red Center, the Top End, and Cairns/Barrier Reef ), gave us a good sense of Australia’s diverse landscape and culture." • "HI Zoe We had a great trip thank you. The weather was brilliant only one wet day. Great Keppell is a beautiful island the only negative was the food available. There is only one restaurant to eat at at the resort and then the Wreck Bar which does pizzas fish & chips etc but this was only open 3 days out of the 6 we were there. The food at the restaurant was pretty ordinary. Luckily we found a bistro at the other end of the island which was marginally better. But on a brighter note the activities and kids club was great. Thanks for all your help... " Diane G., Adelaide, Australia (23 Aug 05)

• "Dear Sali The holiday was superb, and everything went very smoothly, and everything that you set up happened. So a big thank you. The accommodation at the Cable Beach Club Resort in Broome was really lovely and so handy to the beach and all the restaurants. Very nice indeed." Katharin P., Perth, Australia (23 Aug 05)

• "Hi Tina We had a great time in Australia. The Stamford Circular Quay was just excellent. The room you have booked for us was nicer than we have expected. The view from the wide window (there was a Juiet balcony, too) was beautiful especially the glow of dawn. The Angsana Resort & Spa was also great. The room seemed to be with one of the best view that we could enjoy seeing the Palm Cove beach from the living room. And the spa was so good that I went there three times until the last minute of my depature. I was going to send you the mail earlier but I couldn't because of some trouble which I had to deal with.

My husband had left his jacket at the Cairns International Airport right before the boarding. So first I asked the Qantas Airline office in Tokyo for checking the lost property. Few days after I was told that there was no jacket. I couldn't give up on it and called the lost and found at the Cairns Airport by myself. And there was his jacket! So now I have his jacket back here. The staff of the lost and found and of the Pack & Send was so kind to me and I really appreciated their help. Can you imagine what I felt about this trip to Australia? I was deeply moved by the kindness of the Australian people. I would like to visit Australia again. Tina, I thank you so much for giving us the precious memory of the trip." Ryoko., Tokyo, Japan (22 Aug 05)

• "Hello Sonia We had a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday on Heron Island. From the moment we left for Gladstone everything seemed to click into place with no problems. The helicopter ride to Heron was well worth the money, the pilot giving an interesting commentary on the reef and islands, showing us a fabulous view of the reef and islands. We were warmly welcomed at the helicopter pad by a member of the staff who had all our bags transported to our room.

Heron itself was heavenly with a comfortable room, delicious food, natural surroundings, uncrowded beaches with many educational walks and talks. I must make a special mention of the superb admin, restaurant, and room staff and service. We returned to Gladstone by launch with Heron staff being there all the way assisting us to our coach to the airport. Highly recommended. Admittedly, we did go off-season - it would, of course, be more crowded in summer aided by an increase in the number of birds. And quite cheeky and daring birds they are ! I'd like to thank you for your help in arranging this most memorable holiday for us." Joe J., London, UK (22 Aug 05)

• "Hi Sali This is a courtesy note to thank you for organising our weekend trip to Hamilton Island. It was a very nice stay and the hotel was also great. However, we had a very bad experience with Jet Star, the flight to Hamilton which was met to be a 3hr flight ended up being 11hrs. Unfortunately, we lost a whole day on Hamilton Island due to Jet Star being very unprofessional with their approach.... ..... and got there at around 6.30pm instead of 10.30am.

This is just to inform you not to deal with Jet Star if you don't have too, its bad for business. Avoid using them for your customers if you have to. Further investigation highlighted that this is not the first time, it had happed many other times. Anyway, just like to make sure that you understand that you did a great job organising and communicating with us. We will most definitely contact you in the near future. Keep up the good job." Juddy R., Melbourne, Australia (22 Aug 05)

• "Kylie Brian and I would like to thank you for your efforts with our trip. We really enjoyed the hotels you selected for us (The Lost Camel Ayers Rock and Kewarra Beach Resort ) - especially Kewarra Beach. Thank you for your help! " Joanie and Brian., California, USA (19 Aug 05)

• "Hi Sali Thanks for organising the trip, everything went as planned. We had a wonderful time and loved the Angsana Resort. It was a perfect retreat for Families with young children." Peter H., Sydney, Australia (19 Aug 05)

• "Hi Zoe, Our reef trip was fantastic but not long enough!! We loved it and would highly recommended the "Orion" to anyone who wanted a truly five star adventure cruise. It is a fabulous ship and caused a sensation even at Hayman!" Ron H., NSW, Australia (18 Aug 05)

• "Hi, Sonia! We had a wonderful time. All arrangements worked very smoothly, effortlessly really. We had rainy weather on Dunk Island, but we didn't miss going in the water- lots of activities, good eating, beautiful views. It would have been breathtaking had the sun come out!

Silky Oaks Lodge was wonderful, of course. Next time we'll get river accomodations and stay longer. Fabulous dining. Again, beautiful scenery. And, as always, we found the Australians to be fun and lovely people. Nice to travel there! Thank you for all your efforts getting our trip together. We really appreciated it " Winnie and Jeff, London, UK (16 Aug 05)star adventure cruise. It is a fabulous ship and caused a sensation even at Hayman!" Ron H., NSW, Australia (18 Aug 05)

Orion Expedition Cruise
Click to enlarge• "Hi Trisha, The Orion provided a unique opprotunity to visit the best of Australian waters in the highest level of comfort, safety and service - no doubt.

The rates are not for everyone's budget but then they are not trying to be and it is very good value for what we got. Also we met many fellow passengers who were also enjoying an exclusive cruise around Aussie for a change. It was a fantastic experience and can thoroughly recommend it - can't wait to return" David S., Brisbane, Australia (10 Aug 05)

• "Gayle Had a fun week at Club Med Lindeman - lucky we are both walkers, the weather was so cold and windy at first, then wet as well! The all inclusive system is great. The food was fabulous, we were not around for lunch as we would take fruit in our backpacks. We had two lovely days on the other side of the island, in the sun, out of the wind on boat harbour beach and gap beach.other days we walked in the rain!!! The walks are wonderful especially to the mountain through the trees, and plantation beach is lovely.

My son Sam..22.. ended up joining us..he scuba dived in the rain, windsurfed in the rain, sailed catamarans in the rain, played golf in the rain. And walked and swam in the rain!!!! He revelled in the food and all inclusive drinks, partied with the go's...but when asked what he enjoyed most..it was the bush walking! He and his mates are planning a return.. great value for them! " Anni McN., Orange, Australia (8 Aug 05)

• "Dear Zoe We had a great holiday, despite the terrible weather and all arrangements went smoothly. We loved our couple of days at Mission Beach before we went to Dunk Island when down came the rain. No photo opportunity! Didn't even get the bathers out and wished we had taken warmer clothing ! We played golf and lots of walks and made the most of what we could do. Thank you for looking after our arrangements." Peter G., Brisbane, Australia (7 Aug 05)

Dunk Island Sarah
Click to enlarge• "Hi Zoe This is a photo of our posing 3 year old Sarah. We had a great restful time at Dunk Island which was much needed and is all the weather allowed us to do due to the rain. Had a nice rain forest walk with the umbrellas. The food was great and the resort was beautiful. Sarah enjoyed the 'kids club' (not as much as we did). We really enjoyed the night time activities that involved everyone. Thank-you so much for your prompt, professional service. Everything was well organised and arranged. Back to reality and shedding those extra kilos. Will definitely recommend you to our friends. Was totally amazed how we were turned down for the time we wished to go by other travel agents, and you had us there no trouble at all." Mark, Karen Sarah Van H., Sydney, Australia (4 Aug 05)

• "Hello Tina We had just the best time in your country! We were not ready to come home after 2 weeks but reality called. I would say that all your recommendations were excellent. We were especially pleased with the location of the Sydney Westin : we could walk to everything we wanted to see and the rooms were outstanding. Our weekend in Hunter Valley was great, too. Bought nine bottles of very good wine and saw kangaroos in the wild (a novelty for Minnesotans!).

Captain Cook Reef Endeavour Cruises was also a good fit. Jeff and Abby made two dives and we all enjoyed snorkeling and the tranquility of the GBR. Our cabins were comfortable and food was good. If we are ever lucky enough to make it back, we will defintely use your services again. We are already missing the friendliness of Australians and barramundi!" Jeff W., St. Paul, USA (4 Aug 05)

• "Hi Sonia We had the most wonderful time at Lizard Island, Silky Oaks and then the Sheraton Port Douglas!!! Everything was so beautiful, the people were so nice, and we loved all of our hotels and locations. All travel arrangements went perfectly & the Four seasons Sydney was ideal. We wouldn't have changed a thing! Thank you for everything." Patti S., Los Angeles, USA (4 Aug 05)

Click to enlarge• "Dear Zoe Thank you for your help in booking our Laguna Whitsundays holiday. I was very impressed with your level of service and price that I have already recommended you to several friends. Here are some pictures from our holiday, golf fanatics would love this place. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the rooms however and hope that the renovations and extentions will rectify this to bring the resort up to the standard of others like it. The staff were wonderful however and I managed to recharge my batteries." Simone C., Melbourne, Australia (3 Aug 05)

• "Thanks Tina  for preparing a great holiday for us at Club Med Lindeman. The only problem was the weather but everyone & everything was just marvellous !! " Denis B. & Lorraine C., Auckland, New Zealand (3 Aug 05)

We had a great time, went a bit fast however. Thanking you for your help." Domenic R., Sydney, Australia (3 Aug 05)

• "Hello I was immensely pleased with our stay at the Hyatt Regency Coolum. The most outstanding thing was the service from all departments. Having 2 babies, we mostly stay in apartments but jumped at the chance to stay at a 5 star resort in a 2 bedroom villa. We had a lovely room, not perfect ( ie a bent lamp shade and 2 lights not working) but otherwise classy and relaxing. The service reminded us of why we were paying $350 a night. Nothing was too much to ask, they even jumped in a car to get some coco pops for my 2 year old when she innocently asked for it.

Did not want to come back to reality, a 5 star resort that doesnt rip families off with the only option of interconnecting rooms. Also has a kitchenette, 24 hour room service etc and a kids club with great staff and playground that takes from 6 weeks. Very impressed!!! Much cheaper than Sheraton etc but same service ( in my opinion, better)." Ms S.., Brisbane, Australia (1 Aug 05)

• "Hi Gayle Our trip went according to plan, we all had a fantastic time. The Pacific Sun was excellent we just couldn't fault anything, food was excellent and lots of it, entertainment great and very well organized. So we are looking forward to our April Asia cruise on Pacific Sky. Thanks so much for your personal service and your exceptionally efficient service." Diane H., Gold Coast, Australia (29 Jul 05)

• "Dear Sali  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Dunk Island. The room we stayed in was their newest addition to the island. It is called 'Bayview with sundeck '. Bathroom was exceptional and the room size was sufficient to accommodate 3 adults very comfortably. The single bed for Johanna was very comfortable, full size, thank you. Superb view, privacy, loved the board - walks in the resort and the gardens. Food delicious, activities....too many to do in 5 days. Enjoyed the mix of families and overseas visitors and the sprinkling of Aussie couples." linda, Ian & Johanna D., Melbourne, Australia (26 Jul 05)

• "Hi Zoe We had a really lovely time in North Queensland. The Outrigger at Palm Cove was great - excellent location - a quiet room with spa on balcony and view over the ocean. The property is very attractive with lovely landscaping and very nice pool area to relax.

The Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas was just gorgeous. We were glad we paid the extra to have the superior mirage lagoon room as it had been renovated and had a balcony overlooking the lagoon. It was a very indulgent week, but worth every cent. The weather was perfect - sunny every day and it was everything we hoped. Thanks for your assistance. We would recommend both of these venues to other guests without any hesitation." Dawn V., Sydney, Australia (24 Jul 05)

• "Hello! We had a brilliant time at Heron Island. We saw Turtles!!! The food was absolutely delicious." Caroline, Taree, Australia (23 Jul 05)

• "Sali I felt I should feed back on Daintree Eco Lodge. It was excellent. My two guests from Denmark just loved it. The accommodation was very nice, good décor and very nice service. The staff could not have been more helpful. All three of us want to go back. Thank you very much for your assistance. " Lis Y., Sydney, Australia (21 Jul 05)

• "Thankyou Zoe We had a tremendous time at Orpheus Island and your recommendation was spot on! The service was extraordinary (take that from someone who is very demanding!), the food incredible and the beautiful simplicity (in the best way) of the resort was such a breath of fresh air after the big impersonal and "plastic" hotels and resorts around.

Both my husband and I thought why would we ever travel overseas when we had this on our doorsteps. So you chose a winner Zoe, and we'll certainly go back. And thanks to you too for really excellent and patient service - you are a credit to your company. All the best," Jane McK., Sydney, Australia (21 Jul 05)

• "Dear Joe, We had a great time at Lindeman Island, everyone enjoyed the experience, it was a good recipe for a holiday," Glenn J., Melbourne, Australia (20 Jul 05)

• "Thanks Kylie, Fiona and I had a wonderful time, we really enjoyed Club Med Phuket. Thank you for getting us a great rate and we appreciated the separate rooms at the same price!" Vicki E., Sydney, Australia (20 Jul 05)

• "Hi Trisha What a fabulous holiday we had. Daydream Island was just the perfect venue, heaps of stuff for the kids but spread out enough so people weren't on top of one another. Weather mainly fine and warm enough for the pool/beach. We didn't go on any island hopping trips it was just perfect on the island!! All travel went without a hitch, many thanks for your help. I won't hesitate to recommend Daydream to any other travellers. " Marg H., Canberra, Australia (18 Jul 05)

• "Thanks Tina Well as you well know Daydream Island is a real "family island" and as such is not my real preference but this holiday was for the girls, two 16 year olds and they loved it, joined into every activity, snorkelling, skuba diving, catamarans etc it was perfect for them." Deborah M., Melbourne, Australia (18 Jul 05)

• "Hi Tina WOW!! What a wonderful holiday. We all loved it and the weather was perfect. I never thought I would be wearing t-shirt and shorts or even swimming in the beach in July in Australia, but at The Rydges Capricorn Resort the weather and accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. I will forward some photos later but I would like to congratulate you on organising a perfect holiday - everything was super organised. Thanks again" Leisa B., Orange, Australia (18 Jul 05)

• "Sali YOU ROCK! I wanted to send a quick note your way to stop & say, THANK YOU! I really do appreciate the Herculean effort you put in over the past week to make my upcoming trip to Lizard Island happen. I fully appreciate & regret the amount of red-tape that was thrown your way from my end (Corporate) that at times seemed almost impossible to get around - Your patience and diligence in having multiple calls from India to the States was exceptional and above & beyond routine! Your dedication & professionalism is admirable

I look forward to my trip & arranging the next one with you... (Thinking Ayers Rock in August?). I have already passed along your contact details to my team here in Australia & will also prep the next 6 associates arriving in September. It has been a pleasure... *oh and pray for 5 days/nights of solid weather on Lizard Is. for us!! (-; " Chad D., ex USA - Sydney, Australia (12 Jul 05)
