If you have wondered where butterflies head for the winter, you may find many of them fluttering along the Butterfly Trail. One&Only Hayman Island has a small number of Residences available for ownership. As the owner of an exclusive Residence, you are entitled to enjoy all of the facilities and services of the resort.
Inspired by contemporary Australian design and built to the uncompromising standards, these exclusive properties will combine unsurpassed service and amenities to provide a rare ownership opportunity in one of the world's most exotic locations.

Residences are split into two categories:

•The One&Only Hayman Island Private Residences are being set in the natural bushland, which abounds on the eastern hillside of the island, with panoramic views of the Whitsunday Passage and Coral Sea. Five distinct designs are available for selection, each carefully crafted to match the residence land sites and aspects ensuring that every residence makes the most of its unique position and views.

•The One&Only Hayman Island Marina Residences will wrap around the south-western side of the island from the new Marina to Castle Rock with absolute waterfront locations and stunning westerly island views. Owners will also benefit from their own private beach and other services, including access to Marina berths and a new super-yacht mooring facility.
In addition, our personal Concierge will be available at all times to look after any request – perhaps a formal dinner presented by our Executive Chef, tee off times at our nearby golf course, an ocean massage lapping the shores of Hayman or a range of Great Barrier Reef adventures.

A dedicated Butler may also take care of your every need and those of your guests.

Hayman Island for Families

Hayman operates a Kids Club for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. It is open daily from 9.00am to 12.00noon & 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Due to limited availability, bookings for the Hayman Kids Club must be made at the time of reservation.

During School Holidays, Hayman also offers a Rangers Program for 5-12 year olds. The people who work at Hayman's Kids Club are experts at helping children have more fun. They actually teach children how to enjoy themselves at Hayman.

How hard can that be when they get to go on speedboat rides and scavenger hunts, play mini tennis, learn to snorkel and scuba dive, learn photography, sail on Reef Dancer, go fish feeding, build a pirate ship, hold hermit races, play beach games, make and fly kites, do messy art, go on a night time spotlight nature walk, learn to kayak, or take part in our Junior Hayman Chef cooking event!

Hayman offers Child Minding services by arrangement. Give your children a break and let them stay in and watch a video while you enjoy an evening out on the island. A minimum 3-hour booking is required. Special rates are applicable during the Christmas and New Year period.
