• "My husband and I recently held our wedding at Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge. We wish to extend our sincerest thank you to Louise, Ben & the chefs who looked after us during our stay. They created the most amazing wedding event that I could ever have asked for. We wanted to have a small intimate wedding, but do it in style with wonderful food, wine and service.
The entire weekend was catered for with all these characteristics.
Some of our requests were quite difficult but Louise handled everything with so much charm and style. I left feeling she was more a friend than manager. She orgainized place settings, menus, seating and everything else that went along with it.
The staff worked very hard to make sure everything went perfectly and I could not thank them enough for the smooth running of the weekend and the way our guests were looked after. They remembered everyone's name and personal things, like the tea they prefer which is an amazing feat in such a short time. The wedding was just wonderful and I thank them so much for the amazing job they did. All of the guests have been saying it was the best wedding they have been to and I think it was too!"
