The Village
Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido offers an upscale ski experience on powder snow and brings alive the richness and intrigue of modern Japanese culture. It is not only about the 29 ski runs to explore at Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido, there is also a variety of apres ski activities and childrens facilities available, including the stunning Ice Village.

You can ski to your door on perfect powder on the Tomamu Hokkaido ski area. And in the vicinity of the Club Med Resort, don’t miss the Ice Village and Mina Mina Beach, the largest indoor wave pool in Japan, for fabulous family fun.

Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido receives about 8 to 10 metres of snowfall on average per season, and in typical central Hokkaido fashion, the powder falls very light and dry. The Tomamu snow is often well maintained thanks to low temps and high elevation, however a downside of the resort is that many of the slopes are south facing, so the off-piste slopes can become a bit crusty when it’s sunny. Conversely, some of the sidecountry slopes are north facing and the powder can be absolutely delicious!

Sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner with Japanese and international cuisine are served in the main restaurant: the Itara. The Itara offers a warm and friendly international buffet style dining with four different dining areas representing the different natural scenery of each season.

The Haku Specialty Restaurant offers late breakfast, late lunch and an a la carte dinner. The specialty dinner is the famous Japanese BBQ cuisine - Yakiniku.

With all-inclusive and unlimited bar and snacking available all day, you can happily work up an appetite skiing all day.

The Unkai is the Main Bar, offering a dynamic and lively ambience, panoramic mountain views and an outdoor terrace for drinks during the day and evening. Mina Mina Beach
Located near Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido, Mina Mina Beach is one of Japan's largest indoor wave pools, being 30m wide and 80m long. With the sun shining through the windows and the warm temperature, this is a perfect place to thaw out.

Also on offer is a Kids Pool for little ones (only 30cm deep), as well as Kirin-no Yu, being an open air bath surrounded by the snow and forest. Take a soak in this big bath, or relax in the sauna. From 8-11pm each night, enjoy Mina Mina Beach Light Up, a romantic, quiet place with luxury seats to relax in.

There are 300 Club Rooms located on the 2nd, 3rd 5th and 6th floors in the Hidaka Building and Yubari Hotels. Rooms have separate bathroom with hairdryer, washroom, flat screen television and Japanese dining area. Club rooms interconnect with other Club rooms.

Club rooms have different configurations for twin, triple, quad, quin and can also offer interconnecting triple share to offer rooms for larger families. Facilities include Flat screen TV, shower room, air-conditioning, washlet, hair dryer, security safe, telephone, mini fridge (not-stocked – order from reception*), coffee & tea kit, bottle of water.

Deluxe Rooms

Deluxe rooms have varying sizes depending on the number of guests. They range from 2 Adults + 1 child to 4 adults + 1 child. Deluxe rooms are located on all levels of the Yubari Building with Mountain or Valley views.
