Australia's first superliner, Dawn Princess will be based in Sydney & Melbourne Australia, returning by popular demand for a summer season of roundtrip cruises commencing in October 2008, joining its sister ship Sun Princess.

The 77,000 ton Dawn Princess can carry 2022 passengers, and is the second-largest and most luxurious ship ever deployed from Australia for Australians, only being beaten into top place by Sun Princess.

Launched in 1997 this popular vessel is already known to many Australian cruisers from her winter programs in the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska.

Dawn Princess - along with its sister ships Sun Princess & Sea Princess - creates paradise on the high seas. Featuring a wrap-around Promenade Deck, this spectacular ship has more than 400 balcony staterooms to enjoy the ever-changing scenery and two spacious decks. Australia - Dawn Princess has something for everyone, with cruises to the South Pacific, Tasmania & New Zealand until March then embarking on her famous Cherry Blossom cruise to the Orient & Melanesia.

The much anticipated 104 night World Cruise departs Sydney in early April for Southampton UK via North America and the Panama Canal, returning via the Suez Canal and the Top End of Australia. This cruise can be booked in segments and several examples are provided.

On return to Sydney, Dawn Princess heads north to cruise the waters of New Guinea, then completes a circuit of the Coral Sea through the Solomons and Vanuatu to New Caledonia, visiting 10 ports over the 18 nights.
